Terms & Conditions FOR DELEGATES

Please note that when registering a place for the 2010 UK Stroke Forum Conference the following Terms and Conditions apply:


Cancellation and refunds policy
All cancellations must be made in writing by email to ukstrokeforum@stroke.org.uk and submitted before 29 Oct 2010.  Refunds are available until 29 Oct 2010 on bookings of a minimum value of £100, less a £45 admin charge per person. Please note after this date substitute delegate names can be accepted but no refunds can be given.

We regret that we cannot resell gala dinner tickets for delegates, but you are welcome to make your own arrangements to sell or pass them onto colleagues.

Terms and conditions
All delegate fees include access to the training and main conference sessions, all materials, lunch and refreshments.  Accommodation and tickets for the gala dinner are not included and need to be purchased separately. The organisers reserve the right to alter the published programme and speakers according to circumstances.  Pre-registration and gala dinner ticket bookings close on 12 November 2010 after which time delegates can register and pay on arrival at the conference venue.  The full non-member rate of £436 applies to all delegates who register at the venue.

Bookings received without payment or official purchase order for invoicing cannot be accepted.  All invoices need to be paid in full within 21 days of the date of issue or prior to attending the conference.  The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the conference if payment has not been received prior to the event.
