Exhibition stand
A stand in the exhibition which runs alongside the UK Stroke Forum is one of the best ways to interact with delegates and showcase your products and services: last year’s exhibition was a great success with over 60 displays. The exhibition hall is the main meeting point for delegates as they will be having their lunch and coffee/tea breaks there. Delegates will also be meeting in the hall for the welcome drink reception on the Tuesday and to take part to the Poster Tours.
Exhibiting at the conference will give you the opportunity to:
Meet key audiences in one place
Network with existing and new contacts
Generate new business partnerships and business leads
Demonstrate how your organisation is playing a key role in stroke care and prevention
Be part of the largest multidisciplinary stroke conference of the year
We will be hosting the drinks reception at the end of the Training Day (Tuesday) in the exhibition hall in order to maximise networking opportunities for you and your organisation.
Stands are designed as shell scheme* and exhibitors will receive the following:
- Grey shell scheme consisting of the dimensions you have chosen with grey Velcro-friendly walls
- Fitted carpet
- Fluorescent lighting (one 1.5m light per 3m front fascia board)
- Company name on stand fascia board (please indicate on the registration form how you would like your company name to appear)
- Company name and acknowledgement in the Delegate Programme
- Company synopsis in the Exhibition and Ideas Fair Guide
- Two complimentary exhibitors passes
