Dear Colleagues

As the Chair of the UK Stroke Forum, I am delighted to be working with the Steering Group and Scientific Conference Committee to plan the 2012 conference.

Thank you to all those who joined us in Glasgow in December 2011, where we hosted over 1,400 participants who experienced a varied and stimulating event presented across three days. 

The 2012 event will take place at the Harrogate International Centre (HIC) in Harrogate, North Yorkshire from 4 to 6 Dec.

The constituent organisations of the UK Stroke Forum have nominated very enthusiastic and passionate individuals to help steer this important multidisciplinary event. This conference couldn't happen without the input from these key individuals and I would like to thank both the Steering Group and Conference Committee for their commitment and support. 

Registration for the 2012 conference will open in May and we look forward to welcoming you to the charming town of Harrogate.
