Successful applicants (lead authors presenting posters or oral abstracts) qualify for the reduced Early Bird rate - even when registering after the Early Bird closing date of 1 August 2010. Please register using the Conference booking form Word version or the Conference booking form PDF version. PLEASE INDICATE ON THE FORM THAT YOU ARE A SUCCESSFUL ABSTRACT APPLICANT.
The UK Stroke Forum conference programme is developed by the Conference Committee, who are also responsible for the blind review, scoring and selection of submitted abstracts in addition to independent external reviewers.
